Term And Conditions :
1. The above rates are for rental villa management and inclusive 21 % tax and service
2. Booking & travelling window : immediately till 31st March 2025
3. Minimum Stay – no minimum staying, except High season period must 2 nights and Peak season period must 3 nights.
4. Children policy:
– 0-2 years old is considering as infant and he/she may use existing bed or share sleepy with parent by free of charge and no meal. If the infant
is using baby cot will be any surcharge at IDR 50.000 per night no meal.
– 3-11 years old is considering as children and he/she may use existing bed or share sleepy with parent by free of charge and it may charge for
breakfast at IDR 80.000 per day per child. If he/she use an extra bed will be charge at IDR 500.000 per night inclusive breakfast only.
– 12 years above is considering as adult and he/she must use an extra bed with surcharge at IDR 600.000 per day inclusive breakfast only.
