THREE Bedrooms Standard (House Sharing) : IDR 6.600.000 per night for 6 Adults
FOUR Bedrooms / Whole House : IDR 8.250.000 per night for 8 Adults
Extra Bed : IDR 600.000 per night
Peak Season Surcharge : IDR 600.000 per night (24th December 2024 to 10th January 2025)

TERM AND CONDITIONS :

Immediately till 31st March 2025
3. Minimum stay
Minimum staying is 3 nights (Low season) and 7 nights
(Peak season period 24th December 2024 to 10th January 2025),
No arrival and check out during 31st December 2024.
4. Children policy :
– 0-2 years old is considering as infant and he/she may use existing
bed or share sleepy with parent by free of charge and no meal.
If the infant is using baby cot will be any surcharge at IDR 100.000 per night no meal.
– 3-11 years old is considering as children and he/she may use existing bed or
share sleepy with parent by free of charge and it may charge for
breakfast at IDR 100.000 per day per child. If he/she use an extra bed
will be charge at IDR 500.000 per night inclusive breakfast only.
– 12 years above is considering as adult and he/she must use an extra bed
with surcharge at IDR 600.000 per day inclusive breakfast only.
5. Cancellation policy :
– If any cancel within less than 14 days prior will be charge 50% from the entire package prices
– If any cancel within less 7 days prior or no-show will be charged full amount.
6. Check-in and Check-out time :
– Check-in time : after 14.00 pm
– Check-out time : 12.00 pm
– If any check-in earlier before 14.00 pm, please inform to the resort/hotel in advance.
– Commonly the checking out time is 12.00 pm noon
but if any query of late checked out until 06.00 pm or extending, please let us know in accordingly.
In case any late check-out required till 18.00 pm is considering as day use and it will be applied half a night price.
And late check-out after 18.00 pm, it will be occurred one night charge.
7. Villa Maximum Capacity :
– One Bedroom Pool Villa : 2 Adults/2 Adults + 1 Child with extra bed
– Two Bedrooms Pool Villa : 4 Adults/4 Adults + 1 Child/4 Adults+2 Childs with extra bed
– Three Bedrooms Villa : 6 Adults/6 Adults + 3 Childs with extra beds
– Four Bedrooms Villa : 8 Adults/8 Adults + 4 Chilrs with extra beds
