High season surcharge : IDR 300.000 per night (1st July 2024 to 31st August 2024)
Peak season surcharge : IDR 500.000 per night (24th December 2024 to 5th January 2025)
Standard inclusions :
– Welcome drink and cool towel on arrival
– Welcome seasoning tropical fruit basket on arrival
– Daily selection ala carte set-menu breakfast, available in between 07.00 am to 11.00 am by room service or served at restaurant.
– Daily afternoon tea with local cake, available in between : 03.00 pm to 06.00 pm, served at Kayumanis Restaurant.
– Daily 2 bottles of minerals water in each room occupied.

Term And Conditions :
1. The above rates are for rental villa management and inclusive 21 % tax and service
2. Booking & travelling window : immediately till 31st March 2025
3. Minimum Stay – no minimum staying, except High season period must 2 nights and Peak season period must 3 nights.
4. Children policy:
– 0-2 years old is considering as infant and he/she may use existing bed or share sleepy with parent by free of charge and no meal. If the infant
is using baby cot will be any surcharge at IDR 50.000 per night no meal.
– 3-11 years old is considering as children and he/she may use existing bed or share sleepy with parent by free of charge and it may charge for
breakfast at IDR 80.000 per day per child. If he/she use an extra bed will be charge at IDR 500.000 per night inclusive breakfast only.
– 12 years above is considering as adult and he/she must use an extra bed with surcharge at IDR 600.000 per day inclusive breakfast only.
